Open to all residents of UK only except employees of Pure Natural Products Ltd. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, and proof of age may be required. One entry per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, fraudulent damaged, incomplete or otherwise intelligible entries will be disqualified. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind. Entries will not be considered after the closing date and will not be returned or acknowledged. To participate in this competition, entrants must write a feature article on their Lemon Detox experience in no more than 500 words. Entries must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that no element of their entry infringes the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entries will be judged on which are the most original and interesting and informative. The judging panel will be comprised of representatives of Pure Natural Products Ltd. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Copyright in all submissions to the competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Pure Natural Products Ltd to feature any or all of the submissions in any of its publications, its websites and/or for use in any promotional material, including PR across all media. The winner will be selected after the closing date of 30 June 2010 from all correct and eligible entries received. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. There are no cash alternatives to any prizes unless agreed otherwise in writing. The prize is non- refundable and non transferable. The prize includes a travel budget up to £150.00 and dinner for two for one night. The prize excludes alcohol and any additional spa treatments. The name, county and photograph of all entrants, along with the story written by the entrant as part of the competition entry, may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for publicity purposes. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. By entering this promotion you agree that Pure Natural Products and our business partners may use the details you give us to contact you about any of their products and services.
